Return Policy:
If you need to return a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
You may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
Returns Due to Incorrect Address:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Damaged Product
- Only damaged products are subject to exchange. The customer is required to contact and attach a photo showing the damage within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.
- Th item should be sent within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, and we must receive the return within 7 working days from the date the customer informs us about the issue.
- All the return costs and customs duties are to be incurred by the customer unless otherwise instructed.
We do not accept returns for the following:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original tags and labels.
- Final sale or clearance items.
Refund Policy:
Upon approval of a return, we will initiate the refund process. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment you used for your purchase within 5-7 business days, depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing times.
We are not obliged to refund the customer in the following cases:
- The return is missing the detailed description of the damage
- The original packaging (shoe box, dust-proof bag) is missing or damaged
- The order number is missing.
- The return is unauthorized.
- The return deadline is over.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Return Approval
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Exchange
We do not generally offer exchanges. However, we will exchange products in cases where an incorrect size has been shipped or if the product arrives damaged.
